An usher is a spiritual ambassador for the local church – God’s ordained and organized body of believers. The usher serves as a “first representative” of Jesus Christ for a worship service.

The purpose of SOBC’s Media Ministry is to carry the Gospel of Jesus Christ to our visually-driven, ever changing world using technology and media. The use of media in ministry is the vehicle for effectively communicating and spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Our mission of the Greeter's & Welcome Ministry is to ensure that everyone who arrives for our worship service receive a friendly welcome as they join us for worship. To serve our church family and friends in love from the heart, cheerfully and respectfully.

Empowering the next generation through faith and fellowship. Our Youth Ministry focuses on guiding young people through their spiritual journey with engaging activities, discussions, and events.

Serving our local community with love and compassion. Join us as we extend our hands to those in need through food drives, volunteer opportunities, and outreach events.

The purpose of the Pastor’s Support Ministry is to lovingly serve our Pastor and family through prayers, planning, encouraging words/deeds, and financial support. We will support the Pastor by teaching others to reframe from gossip, and not criticize the one who ministers to our souls.
