“We, the members of the Shady Oak MB Church, here restate the purpose for which this church is established and the guidelines by which it should operate. We pledge our efforts to the accomplishment of this purpose within the broad principles of the Great Commission (Matt. 28: 19-20). The purpose of this church is to provide a pathway for salvation of mankind through Christ Jesus. We seek to accomplish this goal by providing “Christ Centered/Bible Based” teaching, a warm and friendly atmosphere of love, and an environment of the individual, the family, and the community as a whole. With prayer and power of the Holy Spirit, we can meet this goal.
